The cut off date for U17 is 31st December 2006 and the cut off date for U19 is 31st of December 2004.
In practice, what this means is that if a player was aged 16 when the U17 competition commences and did NOT turn 17 before the 31st of December that year, they are eligible. If they turn 17 during the year the competition commences, they are over age. The same applies to the U19 league.
